About us - A product house that builds from idea to market
Base 12 is a product house founded in 2022 in Stavanger, Norway. The company builds its own SaaS products — including Markular (crew management for oil and gas, 15,000+ users), Reggi (accounting for sole proprietors), and Nivå (AI-powered Norwegian language learning) — and partners with external companies to develop their product ideas from validation through launch and growth.
We're not a typical consultancy. We think like product owners, not hourly contractors. When we take on a project, we invest fully — from understanding the problem, validating the solution, and building something that actually works in the market. Markular, our own SaaS product with over 15,000 users, is proof that we can take an idea all the way.
